Grilled Chicken with Passion Fruit Sauce

A tropical twist on grilled chicken with a tangy-sweet passion fruit sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 passion fruits (pulp and seeds)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
