MOQ is not a single number. It is driven by what has to be bought, printed or set up before the first carton is filled.

Printing MethodDirectly printed cans carry a higher minimum than shrink sleeves or applied labels, because the print run itself has a floor.

Packaging FormatStock can and bottle sizes run at lower minimums than a format that needs dedicated tooling or a special cap.

Formula and IngredientsA custom formula with an imported or specialty ingredient inherits that ingredient’s own purchase minimum.

Is the MOQ per SKU or per order?

Per SKU. If you launch four flavours, each flavour carries its own minimum. Combining several SKUs into one container is usually the most efficient way to start.

How many cartons fit in a 20ft container?

It depends on carton dimensions, can or bottle size and pallet configuration. We confirm the exact loading plan once the packaging format and fill volume are fixed.

Can the MOQ be lowered for a first trial order?

Often yes. Using an existing formula, a stock packaging format and sleeve or label decoration instead of direct can printing removes most of the cost drivers that set a high minimum.

Does a higher order quantity reduce the unit price?

Yes. Larger runs spread setup, printing and material purchase costs across more units. We can quote at several quantity tiers so you can compare.

How long does production take once the order is confirmed?

ACMFOOD production lead time is 15 to 30 days, subject to raw material and packaging availability. Formula development, sampling and artwork approval take place before this window.
