Private Label Beverage Manufacturing from Vietnam

Select a beverage from our existing range, apply your own brand and launch. Minimum order is 500 cartons per SKU with a 15 to 30 day production lead time. This is the fastest route to market because the formula is already proven and the packaging is already tooled.

Private Label, OEM or ODM?

The three terms overlap in everyday use. The practical difference is how much of the formula you already own.

  • Private label — our existing product, your brand. Fastest and lowest risk.
  • ODM — we develop a new formula from your brief, and you own the result.
  • OEM — you supply the formula and specification, we manufacture to it.

Private Label vs White Label

White label and private label are the same manufacturing route: an existing, proven formula sold under your brand. The only practical difference is exclusivity. Both run on the same 500 carton minimum per SKU and the same 15 to 30 day production lead time.

White label

A standard catalogue product taken as it is. Several brands can carry the same base drink in different markets or channels. Lowest cost, fastest to ship, and no exclusivity.

Private label

The same starting point, then adapted to you — sweetness, juice content, packaging format — with market or channel exclusivity where it is agreed in the supply contract.

Neither model transfers ownership of the recipe. If you need a formula that belongs to you alone, that is ODM beverage manufacturing.

What is the minimum order for a private label beverage?

500 cartons per SKU is the standard minimum when using an existing formula and a stock packaging format. Directly printed cans carry a higher minimum than shrink sleeves or applied labels.

Production takes 15 to 30 days once the order is confirmed. Before that you need artwork approval and, if you want a taste adjustment, a short sampling round. An unmodified existing product with print-ready artwork is the fastest path.

Usually yes. Sweetness level, flavour intensity and juice content can often be tuned without a full reformulation. Larger changes move the project into ODM territory with its own development timeline.

You supply the brand design. We check that mandatory declarations, barcode and nutrition information fit the printable area of the chosen format before production starts.

In private label the formula remains ours and you own your brand and artwork. If you need exclusive ownership of a recipe, an ODM arrangement is the appropriate route.

Both use an existing, proven formula sold under your brand, and both run on the same 500 carton minimum per SKU and the same 15 to 30 day production lead time. The difference is exclusivity: a white label product is a standard catalogue item that several brands can carry, while a private label product is adapted to you and can carry market or channel exclusivity when that is agreed in the supply contract. Neither model transfers ownership of the recipe.

Yes, and it is usually the most efficient way to start. The minimum applies per SKU, but several SKUs can be consolidated into one container.
