Five Formats We Fill

Format choice affects shelf appeal, shipping cost, shelf life and minimum order. Here is what each one is good for.

Aluminium Can · Standard

The workhorse format. Best light and oxygen barrier, stacks efficiently, and gives the longest shelf life of any option here.

Aluminium Can · Slim

Taller and narrower. Reads as premium and functional, widely used for energy drinks and lower-calorie positioning.

Aluminium Can · Sleek

Between standard and slim. A strong shelf presence for sparkling coconut water and modern juice lines.

PET Bottle

Resealable and light. Suits larger fill volumes, on-the-go juice and products where the consumer sees the liquid.

Glass Bottle

Premium positioning and inert to flavour. Heavier to ship, so most often chosen for hospitality and gifting channels.

Decoration

Direct can printing, shrink sleeves or applied labels, plus trays, shippers and export cartons.

Nine Sizes From 200ml to 1.5L

Volume drives unit economics as much as format does. Single-serve sizes suit convenience and impulse channels; larger formats suit grocery and family consumption.

  • 200ml · 250ml — single serve, kids and sampling formats
  • 290ml · 320ml · 330ml — the core convenience and impulse range
  • 350ml · 500ml — on-the-go and functional positioning
  • 1L · 1.5L — grocery, family and foodservice channels

Both are narrower than a standard can. Sleek sits between standard and slim in diameter, giving more label area while keeping a modern silhouette. Slim is the tallest and narrowest, most associated with energy and low-calorie products.

Yes. Direct can printing gives the best finish but carries a higher minimum because the print run has its own floor. Shrink sleeves and applied labels are the lower-minimum alternatives.

Yes, significantly. Stock formats with sleeve or label decoration run at the standard 500 cartons per SKU. Custom tooling or directly printed cans raise the minimum.
