A beverage project runs through six stages. Production itself takes 15 to 30 days; the stages before it depend on how much formula and artwork development your product needs. This page sets out what happens at each step and what we need from you.

Brief

Product concept, target market, packaging format, fill volume and expected quantity.

Formulation

Select an existing recipe or develop a new one to your flavour, sweetness and price target.

Sampling

Samples produced and shipped for approval. Adjustments made until you sign off.

Artwork

Label design finalised and checked against destination market labelling requirements.

Production

15 to 30 days under HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 controls, with in-process checks.

Export

Final inspection, documentation and shipment from Ho Chi Minh City Port.

TIMELINE

What Actually Sets Your Launch Date

Production is the fixed part of the schedule. Everything before it varies, and that is where launch dates usually slip.

  • Existing product, print-ready artwork — the fastest route. Straight to production.
  • Existing product, taste adjustment — adds one sampling round.
  • New formula from a brief — adds development plus one or more sampling rounds.
  • New packaging format — may require tooling or a minimum print run, adding lead time and cost.
  • Market-specific labelling — nutrition panel and declaration checks before artwork is locked.

How long does the whole process take?

Production is 15 to 30 days from confirmed order. Formula development, sampling and artwork approval happen before that window and vary by project. An existing product with print-ready artwork moves fastest.

Yes. Sample development is discussed once the formula, packaging format and project requirements have been reviewed. Existing products can usually be sampled sooner than a new formula.

An existing product with no changes may need none. A tuned formula usually takes one round. A new formula developed from a brief commonly takes two.

In-process checks run under the facility’s HACCP plan and ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 systems, covering raw materials, filling, sealing, coding and finished product. A Certificate of Analysis can be issued per batch.

We provide product, ingredient and nutrition data and check that mandatory elements fit the print area. Final responsibility for meeting destination market labelling law sits with the importer or brand owner.

Final inspection, packing, export documentation and shipment from Ho Chi Minh City Port. Payment terms are T/T and Incoterms are agreed per order.
