DEVELOPMENT SCOPE

What We Can Develop

Development work covers ten beverage categories. Formats available are aluminium cans, PET and glass at fill volumes from 200ml to 1.5L, and the achievable shelf life — normally 18 to 24 months — is settled during formulation alongside the process route. What is ODM beverage manufacturing?

ODM beverage manufacturing means the manufacturer develops the formula and packaging from your brief, then produces the drink under your brand. You own the brand and the finished product. It differs from OEM, where you supply the recipe yourself.

Ownership and exclusivity are agreed in writing before development starts. Terms depend on whether the formula is built from scratch for you or adapted from an existing base.

Most projects settle within two to three sampling rounds. Additional rounds are possible; timing depends on ingredient lead times and how far the revisions move from the original brief.

Formulation and sampling typically run several weeks before production is confirmed. ACMFOOD production then takes 15 to 30 days, paced by when raw materials and printed packaging arrive.

ACMFOOD’s standard minimum is 500 cartons per SKU. On a development project the print method usually matters more than the volume — directly printed cans carry a higher minimum than shrink sleeves — so the format is worth settling early. The minimum order quantity page explains the differences.

Yes. We review ingredient declarations, nutrition panels and claims against the requirements of the destination market before artwork is finalised.

The facilities ACMFOOD produces in hold HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000. Because an ODM product is new, we also confirm which certificate scope covers your specific category and pack format before production is booked. Scopes and issuing bodies are listed on the certifications page.

ACMFOOD invoices on T/T terms, agreed per order alongside the Incoterm. Shipment is from Ho Chi Minh City Port. Export and logistics covers the document set and transit planning.
