What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

With OEM you supply the formula and specification and we manufacture to it. With ODM we develop the formula and packaging from your brief, and you own the resulting brand. ODM suits brands entering a new category; OEM suits brands with an established recipe.

With private label you choose from products we already make and we apply your label and packaging design. No formula development is involved, so it is the fastest route to a branded product on shelf.

The standard minimum is 500 cartons per SKU. Full 20ft container loads and negotiable arrangements are also possible depending on the product, packaging format and printing method.

Production lead time is 15 to 30 days from confirmed order, subject to raw material and packaging availability. Formula development, sampling and artwork approval happen before this window and vary by project.

The facilities we produce through hold HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000. Certificates can be provided for supplier qualification and buyer audit purposes.

Aluminium cans in standard, slim and sleek profiles, PET bottles and glass bottles. Fill volumes range from 200ml to 1.5L, with 250ml, 320ml, 330ml and 500ml being the most widely used.

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months depending on the beverage, packaging format and destination market requirements.

Payment is by T/T. Goods ship from Ho Chi Minh City Port, Vietnam. Incoterms and documentation are agreed per order.
