Quality Control and Food Safety on Every Batch

ACMFOOD runs its own quality control. Our QC team is on the line for the duration of your production run, checks against the specification agreed before the order, and holds the release decision. Production takes place at facilities certified to HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000.

Quality and Food Safety - 1

Our QC, Our Call

Quality control is performed by ACMFOOD, not delegated to the production site.

On the Line

Present for the whole run, not a sample check at the end of it.

Batch-Level Records

Every batch carries a code that ties back to materials, line and time.

Audit Welcome

Buyers can visit the production site and review records in person.

Six Control Points, from Delivery to Release

Certificates prove a system exists. These are the checks that decide whether your specific batch ships.

Incoming Materials

Fruit, concentrate, sugar, packaging and closures are checked against specification and supplier documentation before they enter production.

Batch Preparation

Brix, pH and acidity are measured on the prepared batch and compared to the approved formula before filling starts.

In-Process Checks

Fill volume, seal and seam integrity, coding and process temperature are sampled at set intervals across the run.

Microbiological Testing

Finished product is incubated and tested for sterility and spoilage organisms before the batch is cleared.

Sensory and Appearance

Taste, colour and clarity are compared against the approved reference sample, not just against numbers on a sheet.

Release and Documentation

The batch is released only once results are complete. A certificate of analysis for that batch travels with the shipment.

What a Batch Code Can Tell You

The real test of a quality system is how fast it answers questions after the goods have left. From one code on one can we can reconstruct:

  • Which materials went in — supplier, lot and incoming test results
  • When and where it ran — date, line and process records for that batch
  • What the checks said — in-process readings and finished product results
  • Where it went — which shipment carried it and in what quantity

For how this is tested in practice, see batch traceability in beverage production.

Quality Questions

What quality managers ask before approving a new supplier.

Ask Our Team →
Who performs the quality control, ACMFOOD or the factory?

ACMFOOD. Our own QC team develops the specification, sits on the line during your run and makes the release decision. The production facility operates the equipment and maintains its own certified food safety system; the product-level quality decisions on your order are ours.

Certification is about the system: which standards the production facility holds and who issued the certificate. This page is about the process applied to your batch. Both matter to a buyer, and they answer different audit questions. See certifications and compliance for the certificate side.

Yes. Brix, pH, fill volume tolerance, sensory reference and microbiological limits are agreed before production and become the standard your batch is checked against. Tighter limits are possible where the process can hold them reliably.

Yes. A certificate of analysis for your specific batch is issued and travels with the shipment. It reports results against the agreed specification rather than generic product values.

Yes. Third-party inspection and pre-shipment inspection can be arranged, and buyers are welcome to attend production in person. Arrangements are made in advance so the visit lines up with your run.

It is held, not shipped. The cause is investigated against the batch records, and the affected quantity is quarantined. Whether the batch is reworked, downgraded or destroyed is decided case by case and agreed with you before anything moves.

The same quality process applies whichever commercial model you choose. See beverage manufacturing services for the four routes, certifications and compliance for which standards the production facility holds, or our production process for where these checks sit in the timeline.
