Getting the Most Into Each Container

Beverages are dense, so containers usually reach their weight limit before they run out of space. Format and fill volume decide how much value fits inside.

  • Mixed SKUs — several products in one container is normal and often the most efficient first order
  • Format matters — cans load more units per pallet than PET or glass at the same volume
  • Glass is heavy — expect fewer cartons per container and higher freight per unit
  • Loading plan — confirmed once packaging format and fill volume are fixed

Which port do shipments depart from?

Ho Chi Minh City Port, Vietnam. It has direct sailings to most major markets, which keeps transit times competitive for North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Incoterms are agreed per order. FOB Ho Chi Minh City is the most common starting point, with CIF and other terms available depending on your arrangement.

T/T is standard. The deposit and balance structure is agreed per order, typically with a deposit on confirmation and the balance against shipping documents.

Products carry 18 to 24 months total shelf life and are shipped fresh from production, so the remaining life on arrival comfortably meets most retailer listing requirements. Specific minimums can be agreed in advance.

Full container loads are the most economical for beverages given their weight and volume. LCL can be discussed for sample or trial quantities.

We prepare the export documentation from the Vietnam side. Import clearance, duties and any market-specific registration are handled by the importer or their customs broker.
