What is OEM beverage manufacturing?

OEM beverage manufacturing means you supply the formula and specification, and the manufacturer produces it under your brand. You keep ownership of the recipe. It differs from ODM, where the manufacturer develops the formula from your brief.

We need the specification required to produce and to meet destination market regulations. Commercial confidentiality is covered by a non-disclosure agreement signed before the specification is shared.

The standard minimum is 500 cartons per SKU. Full 20ft container loads and negotiable arrangements are also possible depending on the product, packaging format and printing method.

Production lead time is 15 to 30 days from confirmed order, subject to raw material and packaging availability. Feasibility review, trial runs and artwork approval happen before this window and typically add a few weeks.

Yes. Send a reference sample and specification sheet. We run trial batches and adjust until the result matches your reference within an agreed tolerance.

The facilities we produce through hold HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000. Certificates can be provided for supplier qualification and buyer audit purposes.

Aluminium cans in standard, slim and sleek profiles, PET bottles and glass bottles. Fill volumes range from 200ml to 1.5L, with 250ml, 320ml, 330ml and 500ml being the most widely used.

Payment is by T/T. Goods ship from Ho Chi Minh City Port, Vietnam. Incoterms and documentation are agreed per order.
