What is the minimum order quantity for Ukraine?

500 cartons per SKU is the standard minimum. Several SKUs can be combined into one container, which keeps a first order manageable while routing and lead times are being proven.

Your importer handles the customs declaration and the requirements of the state food safety service. ACMFOOD supplies specifications, certificates of analysis and traceability records. Confirm your own obligations with the authority or your customs broker.

Mandatory information must be given in Ukrainian. We plan artwork around this from the first draft, because retrofitting Ukrainian copy into a layout designed for English usually means redoing the label.

Most containers enter through a Polish or Romanian port and continue overland. Black Sea calls are not dependable. We would rather tell you that at the quotation stage than promise a schedule that cannot be held.

Longer and less predictable inland transit, and payment terms that need care. We recommend agreeing terms and routing in writing before production starts rather than after the container is ready.

Plan on the full ocean transit plus the overland leg coming out of the shelf life. Our products carry 18 to 24 months depending on product and packaging format, which normally leaves comfortable runway even on the longer routings.
