WHAT TO SEND

Five Things That Make a Quote Accurate

You do not need a finished brief. But the more of these you can answer, the fewer rounds it takes to reach a real number.

1. Beverage Category

Coconut water, fruit juice, energy drink, tea, chia seed, aloe vera or something else. Flavour direction helps too.

2. Packaging Format

Aluminium can in standard, slim or sleek profile, PET or glass. If you are unsure, tell us the channel and we will suggest one.

3. Fill Volume

Anything from 200ml to 1.5L. This drives both unit cost and how many cartons fit in a container.

4. Target Quantity

Cartons per SKU and how many SKUs. The minimum is 500 cartons per SKU, and larger runs reduce unit cost.

5. Destination Market

Country and port. This determines labelling requirements, certification expectations and freight.

Optional but Useful

Target shelf price, a reference product you want to match, and whether you already have artwork or a formula.

What information do you need to give a quote?

Beverage category, packaging format, fill volume, target quantity and destination market. Target shelf price and a reference product help us match the specification more closely.

No. Beverage pricing depends on formula, juice content, packaging format, decoration method and order quantity, so a published list would be misleading. We quote per project.

Yes. Tell us the beverage and the sales channel and we will quote two or three format options so you can compare cost against shelf positioning.

Quotes are free. Sample arrangements are discussed once the formula, packaging and project requirements have been reviewed.

Yes. An NDA can be signed before any formula, brand or commercial information is exchanged.

Tell us anyway. Using an existing formula, a stock packaging format and sleeve or label decoration removes most of the cost drivers behind a high minimum, and there is often a workable route.
