Strawberry is a colour problem before it is a flavour problem. The pigment that gives the juice its red is unstable in light, so a strawberry line in a clear bottle drifts brown well before its stated shelf life is up — and the usual fix is added colour, which is exactly what a clean-label buyer is trying to avoid.
Why the Can Does the Work Here
An opaque aluminium can removes the light exposure entirely, so the juice can be run at single strength with no added colour and still look right on the last carton of the batch. That makes the format a better fit for strawberry than it is for most fruits, and it is the reason this flavour is offered in the can rather than in PET. No sugar and no artificial flavour are added to this strawberry juice NFC.
Format and Programme Terms
The 330ml can is sealed and shelf-stable for 24 months at ambient temperature, with no cold chain required at any point between the plant and the shelf. Artwork prints in English, French and Arabic, and private label buyers can run their own brand and their own claim set on the same fill.
The plant holds FSSC 22000, HACCP and ISO 22000 certification and runs to 20,000 cartons per day. Minimum order is 500 cartons on T/T terms, loading at Ho Chi Minh City Port with a 15 to 30 day lead time. Other formats of the same fruit sit under canned strawberry juice, and the full can range is listed under fresh fruit juice.
