Guava’s high pulp content makes it one of the harder fruits to hold in suspension without the juice separating on shelf — most large-scale processors solve that with stabilisers added at the concentrate stage, which is also where the fruit’s aroma tends to get stripped out.
Keeping Guava’s Body Without Additives
Working with guava as NFC means fine-tuning the press and fill process itself to keep pulp evenly suspended, instead of correcting separation afterward with gums or stabilisers. No sugar and no artificial flavour are added, so the naturally cloudy texture and aroma of this guava juice NFC come from the fruit itself.
