Lychee is one of the harder juices to keep honest at commercial scale. The northern harvest runs barely six weeks, and the floral note that makes the fruit worth buying is the first thing heat destroys — which is why buyers who want real character in a can end up specifying NFC rather than a reconstituted syrup base.
A Six-Week Fruit on a Twelve-Month Listing
Because the window is that tight, the year’s volume is effectively settled during the season itself. Fruit is pressed within hours of reaching the plant and held at single strength, which is the only way a distributor can keep a seasonal item on shelf through the off-season without switching to concentrate mid-year. Nothing is reconstituted, and no sugar or artificial flavour is added to this lychee juice NFC.
Format and Programme Terms
The 330ml aluminium can is fully sealed and light-proof, holding 24 months at ambient temperature — no cold chain, which is what makes the format workable on long-haul routes into the Gulf, West Africa and Central Asia. Artwork prints in English, French and Arabic, and private label buyers run their own brand on the same fill.
The plant holds FSSC 22000, HACCP and ISO 22000 certification and runs to 20,000 cartons per day. Minimum order is 500 cartons on T/T terms, loading at Ho Chi Minh City Port with a 15 to 30 day lead time. Other formats of the same fruit sit under canned lychee juice, and the wider can range is listed under fresh fruit juice.
